I’m a big guy, about 220 lbs, and very active, which means my muscles are usually tight and sore. In the past, when I get a massage, therapists try their best but often struggle to get my muscles to truly release. That was not the case at Matrixx.My therapist, Martha C, is next level. She is strong, precise, and clearly an expert in bodywork. She was able to get muscles that had been locked up for a long time to finally release, which is not easy to do. I cannot speak for every therapist at Matrixx, but if they are anything like Martha C, you will be in very good hands. I will definitely be visiting every month.

My two friends and I were able to book super last-minute and they got us all in. I got a massage from Karelis, and she was amazing - and just what I needed after a day of snowboarding! She had a good mix of deep tissue and relaxing massage and was great about avoiding an injury.

Paola is a healing goddess! I went in for a Swedish massage with the cranial sacral therapy add on to try something new for the concussion symptoms I’ve had for months, and I was brought to tears by the relief I experienced. After so long of holding tension and having migraines, she had me feeling like I was safely held while floating in zen. She took her time working out deep knots that have bothered me for ages and gave me stretching and lifestyle tips on my way out to further address my areas of concern too. Will definitely be back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I had an amazing experience at this spa with Claudia. She performed a massage using wooden therapy instruments, and it was truly spectacular. During the winter, I usually struggle with fluid retention, and at first I was skeptical that wooden tools could really help.To my surprise, I left feeling completely de-bloated, lighter, and full of energy. The results were immediate, and even now I continue to feel great. The treatment helped tremendously with my water retention, and my body felt refreshed and balanced.Claudia was extremely kind, professional, and attentive. She is very clean, organized, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session. She also provided personalized advice on exercises I should do, foods I should include, and what I should avoid to maintain the results.I truly appreciated the level of care and personalized attention I received. I will definitely be booking another appointment very soon. I highly recommend this spa 100%. Thank you, Claudia, for such an excellent experience!

I had an incredible experience at Matrix Massage, specifically with Richard. What he provided was so much more than a massage—it was true bodywork. Richard took the time to explain what he was doing, helped guide my breathing throughout the session, and made me feel completely present and supported in my body.The experience was deeply relaxing, therapeutic, and honestly transformative. I left feeling better aligned, lighter, and more connected to my body than I have in a long time. I only wish I were local, because I would absolutely see Richard on a regular basis. If you’re looking for someone who truly understands the body and delivers an exceptional, intentional experience, I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Update: finally back in town, and went back. This time around we did a couples massage and it was so relaxing! Best way to spend my birthday! We also did facials, and omg! My skin feels amazing! The estheticians were so knowledgeable and helpful with my skin. Cannot wait to go back!We had such an amazing experience. We were greeted with kindness and asked if we wanted anything to drink as we walked in. Our massage was relaxing, and hit all my problem area’s. The sauna, steam room, and ice bath were also an unforgettable experience. It’s beautifully decorated and has such a calm relaxing vibe. I’ll definitely be going back.

Shoutout to Paola for being the best! I don’t often get massages but had a tightness that couldn’t go away. She was kind, considerate and walked me through everything even stretches to help my body prevent the amount of tightness I had. Thank you, Paola! ☺️

Paula is a skilled, kind massage therapist, and did a great deep tissue and Thai massage. The facility is super clean, nicely arranged and welcoming. I did the sauna and cold plunge experience along with the massage. Everything was very well arranged, though for me the sauna could have been hotter - I prefer 170 degrees and 155 was about as hot as it went. Cold plunge bath was terrific - did not disappoint!

Visited for a massage and facial spa day with my daughter.Pros. Richard-massage therapist and Angela-esthetician were amazing. I appreciated the skill and knowledge! We both felt relaxed, pampered and ready to face the world…tomorrow! My skin feels amazing and I may need to come back for myself.Cons. The music was a tiny bit loud in a few spots. One massage chair in the meditation room was not quite as nice as the other.The steam room was not available but we had an infrared sauna. We were pre-relaxed before we even started our therapies!Post treatment- a cup of tea in the meditation room was perfect. No rushed transition outside into the rain and traffic.My daughter was ready to come back before we left!

Wow. I had a foot reflexology appointment with Richard and my daughter with Martha. Richard is so knowledgeable and took his time releasing my legs in order to better work on my feet. This massage released so much tension. Martha also released so much tension my daughter carried in her feet. We both have a monthly massage membership in our home state and only came here while in town for the weekend. Richard and Martha are the best massages we’ve ever had.

BOOK WITH MARTHA!!!! she is AMAZING she worked out balls of pressure i have had on my feet for YEARS, i’ve been to countless massage therapists and none of them have been able to even work out a little bit of that pressure, Martha got 95% of it in ONE session. she makes me wish i lived in Utah so i could book with her all the time. Shes extremely kind & very passionate about her job she is amazing. as far as the place it is very nice but Martha is definitely the star of the show 🥰❤️

Me and my fiancé have always loved this massage parlor! They always make sure you feel welcome and you leave feeling like a new person! The inside is so calming, clean and smells good! Pedro and Paola were awesome and got every knot and took away all our back pain! We love it here and know anyone who goes will too! Thank you guys.

I had the very best massage! First time having a deep tissue massage and very much needed.Limhi did an amazing jobRecently returned after years. Had an amazing massage from Pedro and then tried the hydro therapy. Steam room, 2 infrared saunas and a cold plunge + a meditation room. This is a great experience!

My boyfriend and I were looking for a massage for our anniversary and i stumbled upon a Groupon for Matrix, I ended up purchasing the wrong Groupon. I went into the facility and they got the lovely owner on the phone and worked something out quickly! Jackie and Richard were absolutely amazing. They reset my boyfriend’s tense back and I had the most relaxing Swedish massage in the world. I appreciate them so very much and will definitely be coming back!! Thank you to everyone that helped us out!!

Wow is all I can say from the massage I received from Claudia last week. I went in with so much discomfort and walked away feeling 10 years younger. The massage was so refreshing and the environment from the whole spa was so calming and relaxing. If you are looking for a massage or a gift for someone I highly recommend Matrix Spa and ask for Claudia as she works wonders.

I visited this spa last week for my craniofacial massage with Claudia, she truly exceeded all my expectations. I want to sincerely thank her because she relieved all the pain I had in my head. Weiyi worked on my back and arms. She knew just what to do and targeted all of the areas that were giving me pain. Pressure was the perfect amount of firm. 10/10 would recommend.

We did a couples massage, our therapists were Paola and Pedro. They both did an amazing job and were very professional!! We will for sure be back again.
