Welcome to Matrix Massage & Spa. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website, appointment bookings, purchases, services, packages, memberships, gift certificates, communications, and other interactions with Matrix Massage & Spa.
By using our website, booking or requesting an appointment, purchasing a service or product, submitting a form, or otherwise interacting with Matrix Massage & Spa, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms, as applicable.
Services & Appointments
Matrix Massage & Spa provides massage therapy, skincare, spa, hydrotherapy, and related wellness services.
All appointments and services are subject to availability. Service availability, appointment times, pricing, amenities, and provider availability may change.
Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee an appointment. An appointment is considered confirmed once confirmation has been provided through our booking system, phone, email, SMS/text message, or another authorized communication method.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact, appointment, and other information necessary to provide the requested services.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Matrix Massage & Spa, we value your time and ours.
Packages and Groups (3 or more clients): A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge equal to 50% of the total service cost.
Single Sessions: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Late Arrivals
We encourage guests to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments.
If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened to avoid delaying subsequent appointments. The original scheduled service price may still apply.
Depending on the length of the delay and provider availability, Matrix Massage & Spa may determine that the appointment needs to be rescheduled. Applicable cancellation or rescheduling policies may apply.
Package Information
Packages at Matrix Massage & Spa include robes, towels, and sandals for guest comfort.
Guests should bring their own swimwear for treatments or experiences involving steam rooms, hydrotherapy, or other applicable spa amenities.
A 20% gratuity will automatically be added to all package services at checkout.
Package services, amenities, duration, and availability may vary depending on the package purchased. Any additional conditions presented at the time of booking or purchase will also apply.
Pricing & Payments
Prices for services, packages, memberships, gift certificates, add-ons, and other offerings are subject to change.
The applicable price will generally be the price presented at the time of booking or purchase, subject to any corrections for obvious errors.
Payment may be required when booking, before receiving a service, or at checkout, depending on the service or purchase.
Applicable taxes, gratuities, fees, upgrades, add-ons, or other charges may be added when applicable.
Promotions, Discounts & Special Offers
Matrix Massage & Spa may periodically offer promotions, discounts, credits, special pricing, or other offers.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions and discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
Promotions may have specific eligibility requirements, expiration dates, service restrictions, availability limitations, or other conditions communicated with the applicable offer.
Matrix Massage & Spa may modify or discontinue promotions as permitted by applicable law.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be used toward eligible services at Matrix Massage & Spa, subject to any terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
Gift certificates have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.
Any expiration, transferability, refund, or other conditions applicable to a particular gift certificate will be disclosed at the time of purchase and will be subject to applicable law.
Memberships & Service Packages
Memberships and prepaid service packages may be subject to additional terms provided at the time of enrollment or purchase.
These may include information regarding included services, billing, renewal, cancellation, expiration, scheduling, transferability, or other restrictions.
Where specific membership or package terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific terms disclosed for that membership or package will apply to the extent permitted by law.
Client Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding relevant health conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, medications, sensitivities, or other circumstances that could affect the safe delivery of a requested service.
Certain services may not be appropriate for every individual.
Matrix Massage & Spa and its service providers reserve the right to modify, postpone, discontinue, or decline a service when reasonably necessary for the safety of the client or service provider, or when the requested service is outside the appropriate scope of the service being provided.
Our massage, spa, skincare, hydrotherapy, and wellness services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions and are not substitutes for appropriate medical care.
Spa & Hydrotherapy Amenities
Certain appointments or packages may include access to spa or hydrotherapy amenities.
Guests are expected to follow posted instructions and staff guidance when using amenities such as steam rooms, saunas, cold-plunge facilities, showers, relaxation areas, or other spa facilities.
Guests should discontinue use and notify a staff member if they feel unwell or experience unusual discomfort.
Availability of particular amenities may vary because of maintenance, safety considerations, scheduling, or operational needs.
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting Matrix Massage & Spa.
To the extent permitted by law, Matrix Massage & Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged personal belongings.
We recommend that guests avoid bringing unnecessary valuables to appointments.
Professional Conduct
Matrix Massage & Spa is committed to providing a professional and respectful environment for guests and service providers.
Inappropriate, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
Matrix Massage & Spa reserves the right to immediately end or refuse a service when inappropriate or unsafe conduct occurs. Charges may still apply as permitted by applicable law and the circumstances of the appointment.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website or otherwise voluntarily providing consent to receive text messages from Matrix Massage & Spa, you agree to receive SMS/text messages at the mobile phone number you provide.
Messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations
- Appointment reminders
- Scheduling and rescheduling communications
- Responses to inquiries
- Customer service communications
- Administrative communications
- Service-related updates
- Follow-up communications
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Matrix Massage & Spa.
You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP.
After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. You will no longer receive SMS/text messages unless you subsequently provide consent again.

You are responsible for providing a valid mobile phone number and notifying us if your number changes.
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for SMS communications will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
